Pattaya Bay Resort designed their hotel from scratch, fire exits, fire alarms, sprinkler systems were all included.     Nice to hear that some one is really thinking about disabled travellers. Hotels should have better access, ramps etc However, some one also needs to look at the roads and pavements. They are the worst I have ever seen. Some pavements are a foot high in places. If you were to fall off one you surely would end up in a wheelchair!!
